Bathurst - Roger Landry, 76, of Stout Court, Bathurst, passed away on Sunday (May 27, 2007) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Gilbert and Kathleen (Howard) Landry. He worked for over 38 years at the former Consolidated Bathurst Paper Mill and was a member of the Herman J. Good, V.C. Br. 18, Royal Canadian Legion, Bathurst. He is survived by his wife, Simonne (Frenette) Landry. Three brothers: Ian (Corine) of Port Hawksberry, NS Azade (Diane) of Nackawick, NB Howard of Toronto, ON 2 grandchildren; Lauren and Alysa. He was pre-deceased by a daughter; Charmain Daley, 2 brothers; Eugene and Vernon. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday morning (May 30, 2007) at 11:00 a.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Edmond Chamberlain officiating.
