Bathurst - Mrs. Florella Duclos, 83, of the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes and formerly of St. Mary's Ave., Bathurst, died Monday (January 19, 2004) at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes after a brief illness. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Lucille (Cormier) Couture. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Armand Duclos in 1999. She is survived by: 1 Son: John Duclos (Dolores) of Sept-Iles, Que. 2 Daughters: Roseline Chamberlain (Ronald) of Nigadoo Alice Boudreau (René) of Bathurst 2 Brothers: Clifford Couture and Alban Couture (Agnes) both of Bathurst 4 Grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning (January 23, 2004) at 11:00 a.m. from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Rough Waters Dr., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst.
