Ste Anne, Glou. Co. - Albert Legacy, 54, of Ste Anne's, Gloucester County passed away on Friday (March 28, 2008) at the Saint John Regional Hospital, after a sudden illness. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Arthur and Aldéa (Bertin) Legacy. He worked in the fleet maintenance for the Department of Natural Resources. Besides his wife, Angeline (Boudreau) Legacy, he is survived by: One son: Jean Luc Legacy (Stephanie Lavigne) of Bathurst One brother: Jean Paul Legacy (Nicole) of South Tetagouche Two sisters: Yvonne Duguay (Alyre) of Beresford Dorina DeGrace (Gerald) of Tremblay Several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a brother; Gerard. The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Monday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday (April 1, 2008) at 4:00 p.m. from Holy Rosary Church, St. Peter Ave. Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. Visiting hours are Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 2 p.m. until time of Funeral. Donations in memory of Albert may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Society or a favorite charity.
