Bathurst - Mrs. Hilda Arseneau, 77, wife of the late Arthur Arseneau, of King Ave., South Bathurst, passed away on Saturday (May 31, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Pointe-Verte, she was the daughter of the late Germain and Marie Alice (Guitard) Vienneau. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Arthur, in 1976. She is survived by: Five daughters: Marguerite Bruno (Sal) of Phoenix, AZ, USA Susan Arsenault (Ronald) of Beresford Theresa Gautreau (Rick Acheson) of Saint John Anne Marie Peto (Doug) of Bathurst Carole Aubé (Jean-Pierre) of Beresford Step-daughter: Bertha Roy of Bathurst Two sisters: Annette Hondas of Bathurst Irene Gauthier (Aurele) of Bathurst One brother: André Vienneau (Isabel) of Saint John Adopted brother: Gerald LeBlanc (Claudia) of Bathurst 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. The body will rest after 7:00 p.m. Monday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday afternoon (June 3, 2008) at 4:00 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday from 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until time of Funeral.
