Rough Waters, NB - Sylvain Boucher,64, of Rough Waters, passed away on Sunday (August 17, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a 3 year battle with pancreatic cancer,
Born in Bathurst, he was son of Hilda (Boucher) (Boucher) Doucet and late Harold Boucher.
He was in the Armed Forces and served overseas during peace time. He worked for Brunswick Mines as a Mine Clerk for over 10 years. He was a member of the Herman J. Good, V.C. Br. 18 Royal Canadian Legion, Bathurst.
He is survived by his wife, Delcina (Roy) Boucher and his mother of Acton, ON.

Sheila (Stephen) Bélanger all of Bathurst.
Rowena (Robert) Dingee of Dalhousie
4 grandchildren; Kayti, Kenzi, Kezia and Kenadi.
He was pre-deceased by two brothers; Albanie, Jarvis and a sister; Adrienne Arseneau.
The body rested at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com).
Funeral mass was celebrated Tuesday (August 19, 2008) at 2:00 pm from The Sacred Heart Cathedral.
Burial was in the St. Mary's cemetery.
