Bathurst – Richard Duguay, 78, husband of Jeannette Duguay, from Reese Dr. Bathurst, which occurred Thursday (August 28, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst.
Richard worked at Brunswick Mines for 26 years, also worked in the Uranium Mines in Elliot Lake, Ontario.
Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Albert Duguay and Ema Duguay (Ward).
He is survived by:

Wayne (Betty),
Wesley (Claudette), both of Bathurst,
Paul (Holly) of Saskatchewan
Peter (Tina) North Tetagouche.
His grandchildren; Stephanie, Falon, Brandon, Catrina, and greatgrandchildren; Elaysha.
His brothers;
Alphonse (Jeannette) of Bathurst
Delphis (Shirley) of Campbell River, BC,
Roméo of Bathurst.
Many nieces and nephews.
He was pre deceased by his brother; Rheal and his other brother Raymond who passed away on the same day.
Richard was a Veteran of the Korean War and was a paratrooper and a member of The Canadian Legion Herman J. Good VC Branch 18.
There will no visitation at Funeral Home
Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday (September 2, 2008) at 11:00 from Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St. Bathurst.
The burial will be in the parish cemetery, King ave. Bathurst.
In memory of Richard, donations can be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
