Beresford … Mrs. Cécile Comeau, 85, wife of the late George Comeau, of Beresford, passed away on Sunday (September 14, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Robertville, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Lagacy) Roy. She is survived by : Six sons: Eloi (Yvette) of Ste Louise Raoul (Sadmira) of Montréal Joseph (Claudette) of Nigadoo Régis (Linda) of Robertville Livain (Carmelle) of Beresford Normand of St-Hilaire, Que. Four daughters: Marie (Ronald Hachey) of Beresford Léona (Robert Hachey) of North Tetagouche Graziella Comeau of Bathurst Jacqueline (Louis Stephane) of Bedford, NE Brothers and sisters: Imelda Comeau of Petit-Rocher Viola Comeau (Albert) of Beresford Eloi Roy (Yvette) and Maria Comeau (Alfred) both of Robertville Adélard Roy of Bathurst 19 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by 2 sons ; Herménègilde & Louis, brother; Wilfred, and a sister; Marianne. The body is resting at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), 270 rue Centre Beresford. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday evening (September 16, 2008) at 7 p.m. from Eglise St. Nom de Jesus, Beresford. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 p.m. until time of Funeral.
