Beresford – Mrs. Jeannine Doucet, 77, wife of the late Raoul “Ralph” Doucet, of Beresford which occurred Wednesday (October 1, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Beresford, she was the daughter of late Octave and Alice (Aubé) Pitre. She is survived by: One son: Rémi (Ghislaine) de Beresford, Two Daughters: Paulette (Raymond) Laplante of Petit Rocher, Nola (Pierre) Lepage of Nicholas Denys, Two sisters: Violette Kamerman (William) of Miramichi Gloria Godin (Dick Jolicoeur) of Gatineau, QC Two brothers: Eric (Doris) and Donald Pitre (Marcella) both of Beresford Six grand-children, two great-grandchildren, several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews She was predeceased by a son; Jeannot, brothers; Levi, Martin, Norbert, Alonzo and a sister; Mildred. The family will receive relative and friends after 9:00 a.m. Saturday (October 4, 2008), at Heritage Funeral Home, 270 rue Centre, Beresford.
