Bathurst - Annette Thériault, wife of Raymond Thériault, 66, of North Tetagouche, passed away Wednesday (October 8, 2008) at The Chaleur regional hospital after a lenghty illness. Born in Neguac, she was the daughter of Prime Plourde and late Régina Savoie. Annette was graduated from Neguac Regional High School in 1960, from the Bathurst Nursing School in 1963 and she received his Bachelor from Nursing at Moncton University in 1985. She worked to Hotel Dieu Hospital and in 1972 to Chaleur Regional Hospital until her retirement in 1997, she was director of Centrals Services of Chaleur Regional Hospital. She was choir director of Holy Rosary Church choir for many years. Beside her husband; Raymond, she is survived by: Two sons; Marc (Rachelle) of Bathurst, Eric (Lulu) of Montreal. A special grandson; Jason. Three brothers; Antoine (Lauza) of Lagacéville, Ernest (Ginette) of Neguac, Ulysse of Montréal. Eight sisters; Bernadette Roussel (Grégoire) of Miramichi, Thérèse Kenny (Robert) of Saskatoon, Sack., Albertine Savoie (Sévère) of Neguac, Vitaline (Basque) of Neguac, Germaine Plourde (Ligouri) of Beresford, Marguerite Plourde (René) of Montréal, Véronique Basque (Job) of Brantville, Anne Leclair (Simon) of Beresford. She was predeceased by two brothers; Lucien ans Livain. The body is resting at Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com) of Bathurst. Visiting hours are Thursday from 7 to 9 and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Saturday October 11 from 12:00 until time of funeral. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. from Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Bathurst. Burial will be in parish cemetery In memory of Annette, a donations to Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity will be appreciate by the family.
