Bathurst - KNOWLES, Margaret, 84, of Bathurst, passed away on Tuesday (December 9, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Aberdeen Scotland, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary (White) Morrison. She was a member of the Eastern Star, War Brides Association and the Scottish Society. She is survived by: Three sons: Mike (Angela) of Saint John, NB Kevin of Fort McMurray, AB Derek (Lorraine) of Petit-Rocher, NB One daughter: Heather Walton (Larry) of Murray Corner One brother: Leslie Morrison of Scotland Two sisters: Jean Clark (George) of Windsor, ON Iris MacKay of Scotland 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Hubert in 1999. The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Friday (December 12, 2008) at 2:00 p.m. from Saint George's Anglican Church, King Ave., Bathurst. Visiting hours are Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
