Bathurst - Arthur Duguay, 92, formerly of St. John St., Bathurst, passed away on Thursday (January 8, 2009) at the Robert L. Knowles Veterans Unit, Bathurst.
Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Edmond and Harriette Duguay.
He served in World War II with the Royal Canadian Army in Canada and overseas and was a member of the Herman J. Good, V.C. Br. 18, Royal Canadian Legion, Bathurst. He worked for the former Consolidated Bathurst Paper Mill for over 41 years.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
He was pre-deceased by his wife, Mildred (Young) Duguay in 1982.

Michael (Linda) all of Bathurst
6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The body will rest after 7 p.m. Friday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday morning (January 10, 2008) at 11:00 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St. Bathurst. Visiting hour are Friday from 7 to 9 and Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral.
