Bathurst - Mrs. Adrienne Losier, 86, wife of the late Alfred Losier, of Rough Waters Dr., Bathurst, passed away on Wednesday (January 21, 2009) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Philippe and Annabella (Theriault) Blanchard and step-daughter to the late Macrina (Pitre) Blanchard. She worked as a School Teacher for close to 30 years in the St. Isidore and Bathurst area. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Alfred, in 1990 and is survived by: One daughter: Diane Losier of Halifax, NS One son: Roger Losier of Vancouver, BC One sister: Evangeline Godin (Henri) of Bathurst 2 grandchildren; Marielle and Dylan, several nieces and nephews. The body will rest after 7 p.m. Friday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday (January 24, 2009) at 11 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery, Bathurst. Visiting hours are Friday from 7 to 9 and Saturday from 10 a.m. Saturday until time of Funeral.
