Bathurst - Mrs. Marie Hélène Lacroix, 91, wife of the late Réal Lacroix, of Bathurst and formerly of Pointe-Verte, passed away on Saturday (April 4, 2009) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Belledune, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Florida (Comeau) Guitard. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Réal, and a daughter Nicole in 1951. She is survived by: One daughter: Francine Lacroix (Richard Frigault) de Beresford 1 grandson; David Benoit. Two brothers: Delphis Guitard of Saint John Leonard Guitard (Emilia) of Pointe-Verte Two sisters: Yvonne Dempsey of Mitchell Settlement, NB Isabelle Guitard of New Brunswick Sister-in-law: Juliette Lacroix (Jean-Paul Bougie) of Valleyfield, QC Several nieces and nephews There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.
