Gino Guitard May 13, 1960 - June 7, 2009 The family announces with great sorrow the untimely death of Gino Guitard of Beresford, on the afternoon of Sunday June 7, 2009, at the age of 49. Loving husband of Colombe (Hachey) Guitard, devoted father of Mélissa Guitard (Adam Symes) of Moncton, Catherine Guitard (Billy Dunn-Daye) of Beresford and doting grandfather of Tenisha Guitard of Beresford. Also survived by his sister; Margaret Hadley (Gary) of New Maryland, brothers; Roger (Julie)of Otterburn Park, QC and Kevin (Ginette) of Bathurst, maternal grandmother; Alexandrine Lagacé of Pointe-Verte, in-laws; Claudette Hachey (Léo) of Bathurst, Suzanne Gillis (Gary) of Timmins, ON, Pauline Butler (Mark) of Bathurst, Jean-Marc Hachey (Linda) of Middle River and Daniel Hachey of Bathurst, as well as many aunts, uncles and close friends. Gino was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his parents; Charles and Alice (Lagacé) Guitard. Gino is truly remembered for his kind and loving nature. He was employed as a welder with Xstrata Mining. The family will receive relatives and friends after 7 p.m. Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday afternoon (June 12, 2009) at 4:30 p.m. from Eglise St. Nom de Jesus, Beresford. Visiting hours are Thursday from 7 to 9 and Friday from 2 p.m. until time of Funeral. Donations in memory of Gino may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity.
