Bathurst - Lindon Donohue, 87, of Bathurst, passed away on Saturday (June 27, 2009) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a lengthy illness. Born in Percé, Gaspé, QC, he was the son of the late Eugene and Lizzie (Fennasey) Donohue. He worked in mining for most of his life. He is survived by his wife, Corinne (Gionet) Donohue. One daughter: Karen Pitre of Calgary, AB One son: Vince (Samantha Russel) of Moncton One brother: Peter of Orangeville, ON 3 grandchildren; Krissy, Bailey, Audrey, several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Tuesday (June 30, 2009) at 2 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel with Father Edmond Chamberlain officiating.
