Renfrew, ON - Mrs. Evangeline Lotta “Van” Dupuis, 84, of Renfrew, ON, and formerly of Bathurst passed away peacefully in Bonnechere Manor, Renfrew, ON, on Tuesday (July 7, 2009). Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Freeman and Evangeline (Hodnett) Rodgers. Loving wife of the late Lawrence Dupuis. Pre-deceased by her two children; Gary and Susan. Loved grandmother of Kirk Langfore (Robin) of Renfrew. Five sisters: Hazel Jennings (late Douglas) of Bathurst Helen Lagacé (Théo) of Dalhousie Edith Daley (Baden) of Janeville Henriette Nickel of Abbotsford, BC Mildred Sealy (Harold) of Richmond, BC She was pre-deceased by a brother; Freeman and a sisters; Muriel Patterson and Harmony Nicol. The body rested at Anderson Funeral Home & Chapel in Renfrew. A graveside service will be held on Sunday (July 12, 2009) at 2 p.m. from Spruce Grove Union Cemetery, Bridge St., Bathurst.
