Bathurst - It is with great sadness that we the family announce the death of Gervais Albert, 91, formerly of Dunlop, passed away surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday (July 21, 2009) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in Caraquet, he was the son of the late Napoleon and Elizabeth (Paulin) Albert.
He worked in construction for all of his life.
He was pre-deceased by his first wife, Rita (Haché) Albert.
He is survived by; his wife, Léah (Haché) Albert of Bathurst.

Betty-Anne Albert (Alexandre Barnatchey) of Dalhousie
Denise Albert (Steeve McBrearty) of Dunlop
9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.

Several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many friends.
He was pre-deceased by 11 brothers and sisters.
There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday (July 25, 2009) at 11 a.m. from Our Lady of the Rosary Church (Eglise Notre Dame du Rosaire), St. Peter Ave, Bathurst.
In memory of Gervais, donation to Palliative Care Unit of the Chaleur Regional Hospital or a favorite charity would be appreciate.
