Armand Couture- 77, of East Bathurst, passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst on Saturday, September 12, 2009.
He was the son of the late Raymond and Emilia (St.Pierre) Couture.
He is survived by his loving wife, Irène (Boucher) of 51 years;
2 sons:
Marc (Diane) of Dieppe, NB;
Marcel (Nancy) of Gatineau, Quebec;
Three grandchildren that he adored: Mathieu, Eric and Magalie.

Aurèle (Valerie) both of Bathurst,
Romeo (Hilda) of Beresford
5 sisters:
Lorrine (Normand) Doucet of Bathurst,
Evangeline (late Milton) Chamberlain of Bathurst,
Yvonne (Gerald) Chamberlain of Hamilton, ON
Violet (Alderic) Doucet of Nigadoo
Juliette (David) Lavigne of Beresford
Numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by an infant son: Paul, one brother; Wallace (Cecile) and one sister; Jeannita (Kenneth) Hussey
A funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, September l5, 2009 at 11 am from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St.
Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery, East Bathurst.
