Bathurst – Adelard Roy, 79, of Packard St. Bathurst, passed away suddenly on Tuesday (October 6, 2009), as a result of a motor vehicle accident, near Bathurst.
Born in Robertville, he was the son of the late Joseph A. and Elizabeth (Lagacé) Roy.
He was pre-deceased by his wife, Mathilda Doucet.

His seven grandchildren;
Eric, Karine, Gaëtanne, Mylène, Mélanie, Stéphanie and Sophie.
His three great grandsons;
Samuel, Kaël and Jesse.
His sisters;

Viola Comeau (Albert) of Beresford
He was pre-deceased by one son; Patrice, one grandson; Jason, brothers; Eloi, Wilfred, sisters; Cécile and Marie-Anne.
The body will rest after 7 p.m. Thursday at the Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from the Sacred Heart Cathedral St.Andrews St., Bathurst, on Friday October 9, 2009 at 4 p.m.
