Bathurst - The death of Carol Charman, 57, wife of Tony Farr, of Hubley, NS, passed away Wednesday (January 20, 2010) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Welland, ON, she was the daughter of Joan (Anderson) Dickie and the late Frederick Dickie. Carol was an artist and her work may be visited at visionsbycarol.ca. Besides her husband and her mother of Bathurst, she is survived by: One sister: Sandra Finagin of Bathurst Several aunts, uncles, a niece and a nephew. She was pre-deceased by a sister, Linda. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. A memorial Service will be held Saturday (January 30, 2010) at 2 p.m. from the First United Church, St. Patrick St., Bathurst, with a reception to follow the service.
