STELLA DUGUAY 1918 - 2010 Beresford - Surrounded by her family and friends, Mrs. Stella Duguay, 91, of Beresford, wife of the late Edmund W. Duguay, passed away on Friday (February 19, 2010) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst. Born in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Agnes "Jessie" (Montague) Doucet. She will be sadly missed by: Three daughters: Joan (Peter Maltby) of Beresford Norma Jean Gould (John) and Carol Ann Roy (Emmanuel) both of Peterborough, ON One son: Eldon (Noëlla) of Beresford Adopted daughter: Simonne MacDermaid (Rex) of Ottawa, ON 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by: Three sisters: Rita Cadieux (late Leon) of Montreal Della Lynch (William) of Bathurst Doris Pitre (Eric) of Beresford Six brothers: William (late Jeannine) and Leonard (Emily) both of Bathurst Gilbert (Therese) of Beresford Lawrence (Eileen) of Amherst, NS Louis (Jeannette) of Allardville and Donald (Marielle) of Beresford Several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by 2 brothers; Joseph (late Marie Anne) and Norman (Cyrilla) of Bathurst. The body will rest after 2 p.m. Sunday at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford. Funeral Mass will be on Monday afternoon (February 22, 2010) at 4:30 p.m. from Holy Name of Jesus Church, Beresford. Visiting hours are Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Monday from 2 p.m. until time of Funeral.
