Bathurst - Mrs. Irma Thomas, 88, of St. Anne St., Bathurst, died Tuesday (April 27, 2004) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, after a brief illness.
Born in Pigeon Hill, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Basilice (Larocque) Duguay.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Alexander Thomas in 1983.

She was pre-deceased by sisters, Alma, Emerentienne; brother, Gerry, and a grandson, Stacy.
The body rested at Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst, after 11:00 a.m. Saturday until time of funeral. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cathedral Cemetery, King Ave., later in the spring.
