Beresfors - Léodore Frenette – 77, of Beresford, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. 

Born in Robertville, he was the son of the late Frank and Roseanna (Frenette) Frenette.

He worked as an electrician for most of his life.  He enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing and especially loved being around his grandchildren. 

He is survived by his wife Anna (Morisson).  His children, Linda (Jean-Pierre Frenette) of St-Laurent, Marc (Nancy) of Pointe-Verte, Susanne (Serge Boudreau) of Dunlop.  He will be sadly missed by his granddaughters, Marie-Josée, Mélissa, Mylène and Vicky.  Two brothers, Lorenzo (Antonia) of Pointe-Verte and Armand (Armanda) of Robertville.  Four sisters, Ida (Léodore Boudreau) of Ville Lemoyne, QC, Léona (René Frenette) of Beresford, Yvette (Louis Roy) of Longueuil, QC and Elizabeth (Gary Lavigne) of Robertville.  Sister in law, Gisèle (late Daniel) of Beresford.  He is also survived by many brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his son Daniel, a daughter in infancy, Colette, brother, Théophile and sisters, Flora, Eveline, Marianne, Louise, Thérèse and Maria.

Visitations are at Heritage Funeral Home, Beresford (www.mfheritage.com), on Friday from 1:30 p.m. until time of Funeral.  Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 20, 2011 from the Holy Name of Jesus Church, Beresford at 4:30 p.m.  Donations in memory of Léodore may be made to the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice.
