Mrs. Delcina Boudreau, wife of the late Léo Boudreau, formerly of Beresford, passed away on Sunday (May 20, 2012) at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes, Bathurst, at the age of 83.
Born in Beresford, she was the daughter of the late Léon A. and Emérilda (Comeau) Frenette.
She is survived by three daughters: Judith of Bathurst, Huguette (Roger Comeau) of Petit-Rocher, Ginette (Denis Morrison) of Beresford; four sons: Méville (Odette Doucet) of Tremblay, Mario (Jocelyne Lagacé) of Nigadoo, Étienne (Carmel Fournier) of Dieppe, Hermyle (Caroline Granger) of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Que., two brothers: Lionel (Priscilla Blanchard) of Beresford and Richard (Marguerite Girouard) of Bathurst; two sisters: Adrienne Landry (late Albéric) of Welland, Ont. and Irène (Louis Pitre) of Beresford.
16 grandchildren: Nadine, Janique, Martin, Donald, Monia, Philippe, Valérie, Francis, André, Shanie, Amélie, Maxime, Michel-Hugo, Lianne, Gabriel, Laurence and 15 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by a son, Eugène; two sisters: Victoria and Violette.
Visitation will be after 7 p.m. Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home, Beresford. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday (May 25, 2012) at 7 p.m. from l’Église Saint-Nom-de-Jésus, Beresford.
The family would like to sincerely thank the staff at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes for there exceptional care given to their mother over the past 10 years.
