Clifton - Mrs. Muriel 'Moon' Eddy, 67, wife of Ken Eddy, of Clifton, died Friday (August 13, 2004) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in New Bandon, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Scott) Hornibrook. Besides her husband, Kenneth Eddy, she is survived by: One son: Farren Eddy of Dalhousie Two daughters: Brenda Peters (Bert) and Margaret 'Peggy' Clouston (Lester) both of Salmon Beach One brother: Clifford Hornibrook of Mississauga, ON Six sisters: Dorothy Smith (Hales) of New Bandon Rena Jagoe (Raymond), Leona Jagoe (late Blake), both of Clifton Eleanor Jennings (Earl) of Oshawa, ON Frances Harvey (late Arnold) of Bathurst Doreen Dempsey (Jack) of Nackawic, NB Two granddaughters, Sandy and Courtney Peters, many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a brother Harvey. The body rested at Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst. Funeral service was held on Monday afternoon (August 16, 2004) at 2:00 p.m. from Central United Church, Clifton. Burial was in the Stonehaven Cemetery.
