Bathurst - Raymond Couture, 75, of St. Mary's Ave., Bathurst, passed away on Friday (December 28, 2012) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late George and Alfreda (Chiasson) Couture.

He worked for Tim Horton's until his retirement.

Besides his wife, Jeannette (Doucet) Couture, he is survived by one son, Eddie (Bonnie) of South Tetagoche.

Three grandchildren: Carlie, Caitlin and Hailey. 

Two brothers: Lionel Couture and Albanie "Johnny" Couture both of Bathurst. 

Three sisters: Yvette Thibodeau (Rheal) of Bathurst, Diana Roy (Richard) of Middle River and Bella Legacy (Albanie) of Moncton.  Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday (January 3, 2013) at 2 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Raymond may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity.
