1954 - 2013

Bathurst - Joachim "Joe" Koepke, 58, of Notre Dame St., Bathurst, passed away on Thursday (January 31, 2013) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Berlin, Germany, he was the son of Werner and the late Inga (Burke) Koepke.

His accomplishement were many including service manager, service advisor, contruction project manager and grand master auto mechanic for most of his life.

Besides his wife, Carol (Blackett) Koepke and his father of Port Perry, Ont., he is survived by three children: Christopher (Jessica) of Brantford, Ont., Vanessa Koepke of Toronto, Ont. and Eric of Bathurst.

Two grandchildren: Tyler and Ava.

Two brothers: Mark Koepke of Moncton and Fred Koepke (Marjorie) of Calgary, Alta.

One sister: Doris Koepke of Bailieboro, Ont. Several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Tuesday afternoon (February 5, 2013) at 2 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel, Bathurst.

Donations in memory of Joe may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
