Bathurst - Charles Christie, 72, of Douglas Ave., Bathurst, passed away suddenly on Monday (February 11, 2013) at his residence.

Born in Beresford, he was the son of the late Charles and Bertha (Duguay) Christie.

He worked in Construction for most of his life.

He is survived by one brother, William Christie of Montréal, Que.

Two sisters: Isabelle Christie (Gilles Alair) and Bertha Chouinard both of Montreal, Que.

Several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday morning (February 18, 2013) at 10 a.m. from Holy Name of Jesus Church, Beresford.  Donations in memory of Charles may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
