1948 - 2013

 We, the family are very sad to announce the sudden passing of Ronald Roy, which occurred at his residence in Nigadoo on Monday February 25, 2013 at the age of 64.  He was the loving husband of Armance (Comeau) Roy.

Born in Petit-Rocher, he was the son of the late Denis and Marie-Louise (Laplante) Roy.

Besides his spouse, he is survived by three sons; Denis (Kathy) of Montréal, Émile (Rolande) of Nigadoo and Robert (Nathalie) of Ottawa.  Three grandson, whom he adored; Jeffrey (Rebecca), Steven and Andrew.

One brother; Maurice (Pierrette) of Petit-Rocher.

Two sisters; Jacqueline Frenette (late George) and Louise Bertin both of Petit-Rocher.

His mother-in-law ; Germance Comeau of Robertville.  Several nieces and nephews.

He was pre-deceased by a brother ; Gérald.

The family will receive relatives and friends after 9 a.m. Saturday (March 2, 2013) at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford, from where the funeral will leave for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. from St-Polycarpe Church, Petit-Rocher.  Donations in memory of Ronald, may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity.
