James "Jim" Keoughan, 78 of Bathurst, formerly of Miramichi, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.  There will be no visitation.  Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at St. Michael’s Basilica, Miramichi.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst, NB.
