1917 - 2013

Fredericton - Mrs. Loretta "Lolly" Erickson, 95, wife of the late Alfred Erickson, of Shannex Nursing Home, Fredericton and formerly of Bathurst, passed away Sunday (September 8, 2013) in Fredericton.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late William and Georgina (Lavigne) Stever.

She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Herman J. Good, V.C. Br. 18 Royal Canadian Legion, Bathurst.

She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred in 1984 and was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by a sister-in-law, Marie Steever  and a special niece, Barbara Steever-Banks, both of Fredericton. 

Two grandsons:  Radley and Mark (Linda). 

Two great-grandchildren:  Craig and Clayton.

Two great-great-grandchildren:  Lexi-Lyn and Cjay.

Several nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by a daughter, Carmelita Good; a grandson, John; six brothers: Leo, Everette "Vic", Joseph, John, Alfred, Martin, a sister, Mary.

The family will receive relatives and friends after 2 p.m. Friday (September 13, 2013) at Elhatton`s Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St., Bathurst, from where the Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m.  

Donations in memory of Loretta may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
