Bathurst – Mrs. Claudette Roy, 69, wife of the late Benoît Roy, of St. Andrew St., Bathurst, passed away on
Friday (November 22, 2013the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in Allardville, she was the daughter of the late Eddy and Marie (Arseneau) Hall.
She is survived by her seven children: Alyre Roy (Shirley) of Moncton, Réjean Roy of Montreal, Que., Allain Roy (Pauline Savoie) of Rockland, Ont., Sylvie Roy-Godin (Jeannot), Robert Roy (Shirley Duivenvoorden), Mireille Roy (Jamie Hill) and Gabriel Roy (Johanne Cormier) all of Bathurst.
Seven grandchildren.
Five brothers: Tim Hall, Denis Hall (Cécile) and Melvin Hall both of Allardville, Audy Hall (Emilia) of Oshawa, Ont., and Eddy Hall (Pierrette) of North Tetagouche.
Four sisters: Aline Hall of Bathurst, Claudine Diotte (Claude) of Moncton, Claudia Duguay and Doris Doucet (Léonard) both of Allardville.
Several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
Funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday afternoon (November 26, 2013) at 2 p.m. from the Funeral Home Chapel.
Donations in memory of Claudette may be made to the Diabetes Association or a favorite charity.
