1942 – 2013

Petit-Rocher, N.B. – Mrs. Emilienne Duguay, 71, wife of Sylvio Duguay, of Petit-Rocher, passed away on Wednesday (January 1, 2014) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Allardville, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Hélenda (David) Duguay.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two children: Bernard Duguay (Sylvie Joeffroy) of Joliette, Que. and Sylvie Harquail (Steve) of Saint John, N.B. 

Three grandchildren: Samantha, Stephanie and Zacharie.

Five brothers: Gérard Duguay (Theresa) and Jean-Claude Duguay (Sylvie) both of Calgary, Alta., Robert Duguay (Georgette Haché) of Bathurst, Marcel Duguay (Janita Brideau) of Pont-Lafrance and Jean-Guy Duguay (Jeanne Frenette) of Beresford.  Several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held on January 11, 2014 at 11 a.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St., Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Emilienne may be made to the Arthritis Society or a favorite charity.
