1953 - 2014

John Legacy of the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes has passed away at the Foyer on Monday, March 24th, 2014 at the age of 60.  Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late George and Imelda (Godin) Legacy.

John is survived by four children: Curtis and Amy both of Moncton, George of Barry, Ont. and Justin of Bathurst.

Three grandchildren.

One brother, Eldon (Louisa) of Bathurst.

Three sisters: Marguerite Duguay, Patricia Hébert both of Bathurst and Irene (Gérard) Vienneau of Beresford.

Also many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by one brother, Wilbert; two sisters: Mary and Evangeline.

There will be no visiting at the funeral home. 

A funeral service will be held at the Elhatton Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, April 1st, 2014 at 2 p.m. 

Anyone wishing to send tokens of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations to a charity of your choice.
