Harold Jennings, 80, of Janeville, passed away Wednesday (November 3, 2004) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness.
Born in Janeville, he was the son of the late Clarence and Viola (Scott) Jennings.
Harold was a fisherman and dairy farmer all his life. He was a past director of Northumberland Co-op, member of Central United Church and former member of the session.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Elizabeth (Good) Jennings.

Diana Scott (Daniel) of Janeville
Five grandchildren, Drew, Devin, Heidi, Jenni, Timothy and several nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by a sister, Dorothy Knowles (Harvey).
The body is resting at Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst. Funeral service will be held from Central United Church, Clifton, on Saturday morning (November 6, 2004) at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in the United Cemetery, Bridge St.
