BERESFORD – It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of Arthur Aubé of Beresford, , which occurred on Thursday, May 1st, 2014 at the Saint John Regional Hospital, after a short illness at the age of 65.
Born in Beresford, he was the son of the late James and Élodie (Haché) Aubé.
He is survived by two brothers: Raymond (Blondine) and Ronald (Tina), both of Beresford.
Two sisters: Joanne (late Yvon Aucoin) of Beaumont, Quebec and Marie-Ange (Julien Boudreau) of Beresford.
He will be greatly missed by nine nieces and nephews: Ghislaine, Gilles, Luc, Sylvie, Annie, Philippe, Rachel, Martin, René and their spouses.
He was pre-deceased by a brother, Léo Paul (2001) and a sister, Yolande (2006).
Arthur was a hard and dedication worker during his numerous years of employment for the city of Beresford as well as with his working colleagues.
He has a special relationship with everyone her met and had numerous faithful friends. Furthermore, we shall remember Arthur for his unconditional attachments in the animals, of which he took great care. He was always a big sportsman, including baseball, hockey and a proud supporter of the Acadie Bathurst Titans.
Visitations will be held at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com) Beresford, on Sunday, May 4, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Monday, May 5 from 2 p.m. until time of funeral.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 5 2014 at 4 p.m. from St-Nom-de-Jésus Church, Beresford.
In memory to Arthur a donation to Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity would be appreciated by the family.
