1948 – 2014

Pointe-Verte, N.B. – Mrs. Joanne Corbin, 65, wife of Raymond Corbin, of Pointe-Verte, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Belledune, N.B., she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Viola (Legacé) Guitard.

Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Danny Corbin (Cindy) of Dieppe.  One granddaughter, Alyssa.

One brother,  John Guitard (Rachel) of Pointe-Verte.  Two sisters:  Sonia Roy (Israël) of Tremblay and Muriel Arsenault (Allen) of Beresford.  Several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon, June 18, 2014  at 1 p.m. from Église Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, Pointe-Verte. 

Donations in memory of Joanne may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity.
