1941 - 2014

North Tetagouche - Pierrette Thibault, 73, of North Tetagouche, passed away on Thursday (August 7, 2014) at the Moncton Hospital.  Born in Kenogami, Quebec she was the daughter of the late Zenon and Irene (Gagnon) Otis.

 Pierrette will always be remembered for her kindness towards others, her generosity and her love for cooking.  She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  To sum it all up "an amazing woman!".

 She is survived by her husband Nelson.   One daughter:  Susan Fitzpatrick (Carl Lanteigne) of Beresford.   Two sons:  Dan (Shelley) Fitzpatrick of Stitsville, ON and Brian (Carolyn) Fitzpatrick of Bathurst.   Six grandchildren:  Kyle, Michael, Nicklaus, Ashley, Emma and Abby.

 One sister:  Hugette Otis of Quebec City and a special sister in law, Winnie Gallant of Bathurst.

 She was predeceased by her first husband Boyce Fitzpatrick, a brother Ghislain and a sister Claudette.

 Visitation will be held on Sunday, (August 10, 2014) from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Elhatton Funeral Home, 187 St. George St., Bathurst.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday afternoon at 4 p.m. from Holy Rosary Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Pierrette may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com)  Visiting hours again are from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Sunday and from 2 p.m. Monday until time of funeral.
