1918 – 2014

Bathurst - Mrs. Hectorine Boucher, 96, wife of the late Ralph Boucher, formerly of East Bathurst, passed away on Tuesday August 19, 2014, at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes, Bathurst.

Born in Beresford, she was the daughter of the late Jean-Albert "Abby" and Catherine (Boudreau) Pitre.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family and is survived by

one son, Raphaël Boucher of Toronto, ON.

Thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.  Many nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by three children: Arthur, Albina, Évelyne, three sisters and seven brothers.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning (August 23, 2014) at 11 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Hectorine may be made to a charity of the donors choice.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton`s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
