Bathurst - Jacques Chamberlain, 54, of Carter Court, Bathurst, passed away accidently on Monday October 13, 2014.

Born in Bathurst he was the son of Josephine "Josie" (Boucher) Chamberlain and the late Abraham "Abe" Chamberlain.

He was a long time employee of the Smurfit Stone and later with Brunswick Mines and most recently with Twin Rivers Paper Company in Plaster Rock.

Besides his mother of Bathurst, he is survived by his spouse, Suzanne Haché and three children: Lisa Chamberlain of Witby, Ont., Hélène Chamberlain (Raphaël Beauregard Fortier) of Victoriaville, Que., and Joé Chamberlain of Bathurst.

Two brothers: Emile (Donna Ulrich) of Dominion, Cap-Breton and Danny (Anne Arseneau) of Bathurst.

One sister, Germaine (Auguste Boucher) of Gloucester Junction.

Two brothers-in-law: John Griggs (late Nicole Chamberlain) of Fredericton and Reginald Doucet (late Marjorie Chamberlain) of Bathurst

Several nieces and nephews.

Besides his father; he was predeceased by two sisters: Marjorie et Nicole. 

Visitation will be held at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst, on Friday, October 17, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, and Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 9 a.m. until time of funeral. 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning October 18, 2014 at 10 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Jacques may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
