1952 – 2015

Pabineau Falls, NB – Mrs. Patricia Pitre, 62, wife of the Ivan Pitre, of Pabineau Falls, passed away on Thursday February 12, 2015 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary Anne (Hachey) Gray.

She owned and operated Pitre Care Home for over 29 years and was an Auxiliary member of the Knight of Columbus, Bathurst.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters:  Michelle Pitre (Jacques Doiron) of Toronto, ON and Karen Pitre (Richard Mazerolle) of Big River.  One son, Ivan Pitre Jr. (Tracy) of Bathurst.

Four grandchildren, Matthew, Manda, Jenna and Joshua.

Three brothers:  Vincent Gray (Darlene) and Gerald Gray (Jackie) both of Sault Ste Marie, ON., John Gray (Doreen Flex) of Bathurst.

Five sisters:  Emily Laitenen of Sault Ste Marie, ON, Dorothy Upton of Haliburton, ON, Carol Ann Wong and Stella Legacy both of Bathurst and Veronica Chamberlain (Eric) of Toronto, ON.

Several nieces and nephews

She was pre-deceased by brothers; Clarence, Donald, William and a sister, Elizabeth.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday afternoon February 17, 2015 at 2 p.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Patricia may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton`s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
