Moncton - Barbara Duguay, 35, of Moncton and formerly of Bathurst, died Sunday (January 9, 2005) at her residence after a brief illness. Born in Bathurst, she was the beloved daughter of Jean Paul and Ida (Chiasson) Duguay. She was a student at the Université de Moncton and a former member of the Justy School of Dancing. Besides her parents of South Tetagouche, she is survived by: Her friend, Marcel Comeau of Robertville One son: Emmanuel at home Two brothers: Jean Marc Duguay (Nathalie Lagacy) of Bathurst Luc Duguay of Ste Catharine's, ON Paternal grandmother, Cecilia Duguay of Bathurst Maternal grandmother, Estella Chiasson of Robertville One niece, Veronique, many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her parternal grandfather, Samuel Duguay and maternal grandfather, Willmond Chiasson The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon (January 13, 2005) at 2:00 p.m. from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Rough Waters Dr., Bathurst.
