1946 - 2016

Allardville – James Kenny formerly of Allardville, passed away on Saturday May 28, 2016, at the age of 69, at the Brise de L'Oasis, Bathurst.

Born in Allardville, he was the son of the late Edmund and Marie-Anne (Chiasson) Kenny.

He is survived by seven brothers: Norval (Anne),  Robert (Rose-Marie), Allain (Dina) and Freddy (Jeannine) all of Bathurst, Norman (Pat) of Saint John, Kenneth of Halifax, NS and Melvin (Evelyn) of Whitby, ON. 

Three sisters: Iona Bernard of Bathurst, Edmonde Mino (Gordon) of Chambley, QC and Mildred Aubut (Elie) of Bowmanville, ON.  A special friend, DesAnges Lanteigne of Allardville.  Several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Henri.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Wednesday, June 1 2016 from noon until time of Funeral at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday June 1, 2016 at 2 p.m. from Église Christ-Roi in Allardville. 

Donations in memory of James may be made to Christ-Roi Cemetery in Allardville, the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
