1939 - 2016

Robertville - Mrs. Emerise "Marie" Morton of Robertville, wife of Eddie Morton, passed away on Tuesday June 14, 2016, at the age of 76, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Richibouctou, she was the daughter of the late Alyre and Marguerite (Richard) Babin.

Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Beatrice Skerry (Mike) of Bathurst.

One son, Tommy Morton (Pierrette) of Moncton.

Three grandchildren: Stephanie, Rebecca and Jason; two great-grandchildren: Jacob and Alex.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be celebrated from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel (www.mfheritage.com) Bathurst, on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 11 a.m. 

Donations in memory of Marie may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
