1931 – 2016

Petit-Rocher – Mrs. Mildred Doucet, 85, wife of Rhéal F. Doucet, formerly of Petit-Rocher, passed way on Monday November 14, 2016, at the Villa Sormany in Robertville.

Born in Petit-Rocher, she was the daughter of the late James and Marie Melvina (Roy) Morrison.

Besides her husband of Petit-Rocher, she is survived by five children: Anita Doucet (Raymond) and Jeannine Hatheway (Michael) both of Beresford, Fernande Mills (late Robert) and Suzanne Guitard both of Petit-Rocher and Paul of Alberta.

Four grand-children: Cynthia, Vincent, Denise and Renée; four great-grandchildren: Sara, Alex, Cédric and Émélie. 

Fourteen brothers and sisters: Rose, Rita, Irène, Clara, Marjorie, Dorice, Kathleen, Evelyne, Ethel, Marie-Mai, Carmillia, Fatima, Raymond and Jim. Several nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by three brothers: Martin, Clifford, Cletus and two sisters: Melvine and Janet.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon November 17, 2016, at 4 p.m. from St-Polycarpe Church, Petit-Rocher.   Arrangements are in the care of Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford.
