Bathurst - Alphonse Haché, 78, of the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes and formerly of Sunset Dr., Bathurst, which occurred Wednesday (March 2, 2005) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Born in Lameque, he was the son of the late Alphonse Haché and Régina (Savoie) (Haché) Duguay.
He worked as a cook for many years at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes.
Besides his wife, the former Germaine Haché of Bathurst, he is survived by:

Two half-sisters:
Marie-Jeanne Coulombe (Alcide) of Kedgewick, NB
Anna Duguay of Ontario
Two half-brothers:
Ladislas Duguay (Amanda) of Saint Sauveur, NB
Gérard Duguay (Huguette) of Chicoutimi, Que.
Two granddaughters, France, Monica; and a great-granddaughter, Bianca. Several nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by his step-father, Alphonse Duguay; a half-brother, Henri Duguay; and a half-sister Joséphine Brideau.
The will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday afternoon (March 4, 2005) at 2:00 p.m. from Our Lady of the Rosary Church (Eglise Notre Dame du Rosaire), St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. Arrangement are in the care of Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst.
