Bathurst - Mrs. Geraldine Annie Mae "Gram" Hatheway, wife of the late Glendon Hatheway, formerly of Allison Crescent, Bathurst, passed away on Friday June 16, 2017, at the Foyer Notre- Dame-de-Lourdes, Bathurst, at the age of 94. Born in Plaster Rock, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Mary (Patterson) McSheffrey.

Geraldine was the last living member of her immediate family and is survived by her three children:  Michael Hatheway (Jeannine) of Beresford, Jane Babineau (Ivon) and Marilyn Haché (Charles) both of Bathurst; six grandchildren: Peter, Kendra, Travers, Keitha, Heidi and Ryan and six great-grandchildren: Jodie, Rileigh, Brittany, Quinn, Brooke and Willow.  Several nieces, nephews and special extended family: David, Pierre, Renée, Matthew, Mayna, Sara and Alex.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be held from the First United Church on Thursday August 3, 2017, at 2 p.m.

In memory of Geraldine, donations can be made to the First United Church or a favorite charity would be appreciated by the family.
