It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Gérald Aubé of Middle River, which occurred on Thursday July 20th at the ChaleurRegionalHospital at the age of 82.
Born in Free Grant, he was the son of the late Laura (Hachey) and late Ernest Aubé.
Besides his wife of 55 years of marriage, Alice (Luce) he is survived by:
His son Michel (Suzanne) and his three daughters Marie-Ange Arseneau (Roger), Denise Doucet (Charles) and Sylvie Aubé, all from the region.
Six grandchildren: Jean-François, Maryse, Marc, Bianka, Marc-André and Yannick and two great grandchildren, Megan and Emryk.
His three brothers: Lorenzo, Elzéar, Lévis and 5 sisters Rita, Émilienne, Cécile, Marie and Simonne.
He is predeceased by an infant son Joseph and two brothers, John and Armand.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Thursday from 2 p.m. until time of Funeral. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon July 27, 2017 at 4 p.m. from Our Lady of the RosaryChurch, Bathurst.
In memory of Gérald a donation can be made to the Alzheimer Society or a favorite charity.
