Mrs. Izella Boucher, wife of the late Wilfred Boucher, formerly of Rough Waters, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in Bathurst at the age of 101.
Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late John and Rita (Chamberlain) Boudreau.
She is survived by three daughters: Jeannine (Rod) Vienneau of Bathurst, Jacqueline (Omer) Arseneault of Montréal, Jeanne (Roland) Boucher of North Tetagouche and one son, Jacques Boucher of Campbellton.
She also leaves behind five grand-children: Shelley (Eric) Babin, Pascal (Nathalie) Arseneault, Paul (Caroline) Arseneault, Daniel (Rachel) Boucher, René (Maryse) Boucher and six great-grandchildren: William, Roxane, Ryan, Logan, Sophie-Anne and Raphaél.
One brother Armand in Ontario.
Besides her husband, she was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, January, 14, 2019 at 4 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bathurst.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Foyer Brise de l’Oasis and the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes for their support and care offered during these last years.
