It is with great sorrow that the family, announce the passing of our family matriarch, Anna Grant, née Vienneau of Riverbank Drive, Bathurst NB at the age of 72, on Easter Sunday April 21, 2019. Anna passed peacefully in her sleep after a long and courageous battle with illness. She was born in Newcastle, NB and was raised in Saint-Anne, Gloucester Co, just outside of Bathurst NB.

Anna, a loving Mother, Wife, Sister, Cousin and friend will be best known for her love and care for others in her life. She was a woman who always put everyone else’s needs before her own. She was a lover of life and though wise in her later years, was very much able to hold on to the fun-loving little girl that was always inside of her. She often expressed her love for flowers, music, dancing and warm summer days. She would often reminisce about stories of her childhood playing in the farm fields and woods in Saint- Anne with all of her cousins and friends.
She loved her family tremendously especially her children, grand-children and great-grandchildren. She also loved all of her friends who supported her through her life and especially in her last few years. She always had a smile when friends would call or stop by for a visit.
